Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund on an item from the date you purchased it. You must have your order number and email address used when placing your order.

Once I receive your refund request, I will do my best to initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email from the Nicolesy Store, and your purchase amount will be refunded to the original card or payment method used to make your purchase.

You will receive the refunded credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card company's (or payment method's) policies.
