Rather than purchase a dedicated negative conversion that would still require some final editing in a normal photo editing program, I find that by inverting the curve profile, then make other adjustments seems to do the trick.
CanadaThe videos are concise, to the point, and do a wonderful job at introducing the details of cataloging and the many tools and techniques in Luminar A1. And as an aside, Nicole has created artful, melodic intros to the many videos. Very nice work all-round.

In my opinion? The Best Video Guide I have ever used. I can say this because so many other Video Guides have the following problems. 1) They may talk too fast so that much info is missed, 2) The cursor is not highlighted and impossible to constantly see where it is and 3) If the Guide is lengthy then it is too easy to forget a lot of what has been said. This where this Video Guide ticks all the boxes. 1) The training is well spaced and broken up into easy logical steps, 2) The Cursor is highlighted so very easy to see where it is located and 3) Subtitles are available which makes it so much easier for someone like me with some hearing loss to follow. And also a PDF Workbook is provided which makes it excellent to make notes on each Chapter. So all the boxes are ticked! 100% Nicole.

If you're new to LuminarAI or just want to be more familiar with its many features, this is the best place to start.

CanadaI've had Luminar AI for almost a year now (purchased when first offered) and use it almost daily when I edit photos as my "go to" plug-in with Photoshop. I also knew that I didn't know how to use half the features (even with Luminar X Membership) so bit the bullet and with some hesitancies, signed up for Nicole’s Luminar AI course. It’s an absolute pleasure taking one of Nicole’s courses. She presents her subject matter in a really organized and concise manner and is so understandable and easy to follow. Easy to follow meaning when she says “click on the icon here” … you’re not searching all over the screen wondering where “here” is, for instance. I like that her video modules are short so that you can go through as many (or as little) as your time permits. I also like the workbook provided with room for notes with a color photo representing the topic being discussed (for those of us that are more visual learners). You can tell that Nicole is thoroughly familiar with the software (and actually uses it) and she gives tips on settings she prefers so you can start from there and experiment onward. Nicole truly gives you a complete overview of Luminar AI and I for one am making better use of the software than ever before.

Also, as I now know the app well, I appreciate it much more and know that I will use it more and get a lot of benefit from it. Nicole's course is excellent. She goes through everything in detail and explains things very well. I learned so much, and now I feel as though I am a competent user. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.
